Are you an experienced Nursery Room Manager looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant, large-scale nursery? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Nursery Room Manager to lead and inspire our nursery's team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our setting.

Location: Hove
Hours: Full-time
Salary: 27,050 per annum
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and learning are consistently met.
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in your room.
- Support the professional development of staff, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Work closely with parents and carers, fostering positive relationships and regular communication about children's progress.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
- Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior nursery role with strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to lead a team, motivate others, and maintain high standards of care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
