Description
- Assist in the administration of client portfolios and financial planning arrangements.
- Process new business applications and follow up with providers to ensure timely business processing.
- Prepare and compile financial analysis reports.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Communicate with clients to answer queries and obtain information.
- Maintain client files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry news and regulatory changes.
- Support the IFA team in any other administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful IFA Administrator should have:
- A solid background in financial services.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
