We are searching for a meticulous and experienced IFA Administrator, with a keen eye for detail, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering a first-class service to our clients.

Description

  • Assist in the administration of client portfolios and financial planning arrangements.
  • Process new business applications and follow up with providers to ensure timely business processing.
  • Prepare and compile financial analysis reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with clients to answer queries and obtain information.
  • Maintain client files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry news and regulatory changes.
  • Support the IFA team in any other administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful IFA Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in financial planning software and MS Office Suite.
