A dynamic and forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Brighton office. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of sectors while working towards chartership with full APC support.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established national consultancy with seven offices across the UK. Operating from a close-knit team of four in Brighton, this office has exciting growth plans to double in size within the next year, offering fantastic opportunities for career progression.
This role provides exposure to an impressive variety of projects across commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors, handling projects valued between 1m - 100m. You will gain invaluable experience across Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, and Bank Monitoring services, giving you a well-rounded foundation for your career.
With a structured APC programme and direct mentorship from Chartered Senior professionals, this is the perfect opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking for the right support to achieve chartership and develop their expertise.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Will have:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Work experience with a UK Consultancy is highly desirable but not crucial
- A valid UK driving license
- Local to Brighton area
