Sales and Customer Service Executive
Our Client is an established training provider working with organisations and government departments across the UK. Based in the centre of Brighton, they currently seek a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their team and act as the first point of contact for clients wishing to register for training courses.
Day to day activities include:
- Responding to email and web enquiries regarding specific courses.
- Qualifying customer requests, undertake course bookings and sending customers relevant paperwork for completion.
- Utilising and updating CRM system.
- Updating internal stakeholders as to enrolment goals.
In return, you will be given a basic salary of 22.5k-23.5k with a realistic OTE of 28k (year one).
