I am currently recruiting for a legal firm based in Brighton. They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their growing team.
This is a full-time permanent role, which is primarily office based for the initial 3 month period for training with hybrid arrangements to follow.
Typical duties include:
- Managing the day-to-day finance function
- Reconciling payments and processing invoices
- Assisting with year-end audit processes
- Handling all transactions for the practice
- Completing VAT returns
- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties where required
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience working within a legal firm
