Day-to-day of the role:- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team with other tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) are desirable.
