In this pivotal role, you will lead high-profile, complex projects, handling everything from drafting and research to providing expert advice and preparing planning appeals. You will manage client and subcontractor relationships, attend meetings, and offer strategic direction to projects. A key aspect of your role will be mentoring and guiding team members, ensuring the highest standards and efficient project delivery.
