We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Facilities Management / maintenance professional to join our client's team based in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) information into their FM system, SFG 20. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in using MICAD and have a solid background in facilities management and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter PPM information into the SFG 20 system.
- Utilize MICAD for various facilities management tasks.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure all maintenance records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
- Provide support for other facilities management activities as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using SFG 20 and MICAD systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
