Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to manage a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets, collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer journey whilst maximising revenue streams and client base.
Day-to-day of the role:- Negotiation of price
- Attending face-to-face meetings with existing and target clients to increase market share.
- Drafting of proposals, contracts, and quotes with the support of the Sales Director.
- Development of strategic account plans for all targets to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with marketing to create campaigns and promotions to increase product adoption.
- Delivery of effective and detailed product presentations to raise brand awareness and drive growth.
- Lead generation and follow up
- Experience as a sales professional, able to deliver presentations confidently and understand/sell a technical product.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently perform at the top in sales.
- Experienced in creating successful proposals and bids.
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google packages, with a preference for experience in Hubspot.
- Excellent documentation, administrative, and time management skills.
- Highly ambitious, leads by example, and is intelligent, passionate, and articulate.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and creative with a keen understanding of the property development sector.
- Excellent team player with sound relationship management and networking skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills.
