What You'll Do
As the Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and executing marketing programmes that deliver high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and delivering multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and increase sales opportunities.

Collaborating with sales, content, product marketing, and digital teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Optimising lead nurturing programmes and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to accelerate the buyer's journey.

Partnering with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, pipeline generation, and conversion strategies.

Analysing data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance.

Managing reporting needs, interpreting large-scale data sets, and using advanced tools like Salesforce (SFDC), PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, and Snowflake.

Overseeing multiple marketing programmes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Identifying new opportunities for growth and continuously refining strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements

7-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of executing successful lead generation campaigns that drive revenue.

Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects from concept to completion.

Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, and paid media strategies is a plus.
