Description
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative campaigns.
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
- Work closely with sales teams to align sales strategies.
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations.
- Organise and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
Profile
A successful Marketing Executive should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
