A great opportunity for an experienced telesales, business development or sales executive to join a FTSE 250 financial services company in Brighton who offer a great range of benefits. This outbound business development role has a competitive basic salary and lots of commission earning potential once you have built a pipeline of sale.
Job duties:
- Working in a small team within a large organisation, not in a call centre
- Outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team
- Making around 100 outbound calls per day
- Developing relationships with business contacts
- Approximately 2-4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts
- Converting inbound sales leads
- Liaising with the field sales team
- Checking through contact data
- Conducting follow up emails and associated admin
Skills and experience required:
- Previous outbound B2Bsales experience
- Experience of high volume outbound calling

This is a full time permanent opportunity and will be fully office based in Brighton working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The basic salary is dependent on experience but up to £27,000 plus commission.
