Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic childcare professional with a passion for early years education? We are looking for dedicated **Level 3 Nursery Practitioners** to join our vibrant nurseries in the Brighton & Hove area. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the early learning experiences of young children in a supportive and dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-5
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
- Support children’s development across key areas, including physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth
- Monitor and record each child’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met
- Work closely with parents and carers to foster strong partnerships and support each child’s well-being
- Adhere to safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery standards
- Collaborate with a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth daily running of the setting
**Requirements:**
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in an early years setting
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
