Randstad are recruiting for an Experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in HV underground ducting and cable pulling within carraigeways for work on a UKPN framework in Brighton.
Previous experience working on HV UKPN projects in high traficked built up areas with existing services is essential.
A valid drivers license is necessary for this role due to the nature of the project.
Work is expected to last a minimum of 6-8 Months
What You'll Do:
- Champion Quality: You'll be the guardian of quality, ensuring all electrical installations meet the highest standards and comply with Building Regulations and NICEIC requirements.
- On-Site Vigilance: You'll conduct regular inspections, identifying potential issues and ensuring work progresses seamlessly.
- Technical Expertise: You'll be the go-to expert, providing guidance and support to site teams, ensuring they adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Detailed Documentation: You'll meticulously maintain accurate records, including test certificates, inspection reports, and risk assessments.
- Client Advocate: You'll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed and addressing any quality concerns promptly.
- Team Leader: You'll lead and mentor a team of skilled electrical installers, ensuring everyone is qualified and performs at their best.
- Continuous Improvement: You'll be a driving force for positive change, identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes and boost efficiency.
Requirements: SSSTS, SHEA Power Qualification (Highly Desirable)
