The Requirements

  • Significant experience in commercial property law.
  • Ability to independently manage commercial property transactions.
  • A commercially minded approach with a focus on business development.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to building long-term client relationships.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

The Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Handle post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
  • Keep abreast of legal and regulatory updates, offering advice on developments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver multi-disciplinary client services.
