Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer
- Salary Range: £35,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience and role within the firm)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our practice on a permanent basis. This is an exciting new opportunity for a skilful individual to manage a rewarding caseload of residential property matters while providing a first-class service to our clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handling sales and purchases of residential properties.
- Dealing with new builds, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered properties.
- Assisting clients with Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes.
- Drafting and advising on leases and other property-related documents.
- Liaising with clients and external professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing support on Wills & Probate matters as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) up to Partner level.
- Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing is essential.
- Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines and department billing targets.
- A strong desire for professional development and growth within the firm.
