Purpose:Support the CPO in executing the L&D, Talent, and Well-being strategy, with shared responsibility for internal communications.

Please note this is a FTC 12 months.

Primary Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

  • Manage training budget, gather input for budget allocation.
  • Maintain training records and quarterly reports.
  • Organise training events and maintain internal materials.
  • Administer annual learning survey and oversee apprenticeship levy.

Performance Management:

  • Report on review completion.
  • Send reminders and ensure timely completion of reviews.
  • Deliver training for managers on performance management processes.

Internal Communications:

  • Manage and update SharePoint intranet site.
  • Share company-wide updates via emails and newsletters.
  • Collaborate on organising social events and share updates.

Recruitment:

  • Support recruitment process from sign-off to offer.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and update the Careers page.

Well-being:

  • Organise quarterly meetings for the Well-being team.
  • Communicate well-being initiatives and benefits.
  • Coordinate awareness day events and training for Mental Health First Aiders.
  • Administer annual well-being survey for employee feedback.
