They are looking to recruit a Paralegal (Dispute Resolution) to join their Brighton & Hove based team on a full time basis.

Requirements:
- Previous legal experience within a law firm
- Experience in Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Landlord & Tenant (desirable)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to high-quality service
Responsibilities:
- Handle new client enquiries and manage case files
- Draft notices, claim forms, particulars of claims, and witness statements
- Prepare court bundles and liaise with bailiffs
- Issue invoices and manage billing
- Coordinate with clients, courts, defendants, and counsel
