A well established organisation based in Brighton are looking to recruit a full time permanent Credit Controller.

Description

As Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with clients directly via email & telephone
• Using software to send statements
• Liaising with internally with colleagues regarding any queries
• Working out payment plans
• Resolution of customer queries and escalating as necessary
• Processing card payments

Profile

• Credit Control experience
• Excel and accounting software
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise

Job Offer

£24-25,000
