We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well established company based in Portslade. As a Customer Service Administrator your role will be varied from handling the telephone to liaising with Customers and Suppliers, along with order processing and other general administration duties.
Job duties of a Customer Service Administrator are as follows:
- Raising quotes
- Communicating with customers over the telephone
- Dealing with enquiries
- Liaising with Suppliers, Customers and other departments within the business
- Other ad hoc duties
Skills and experience required:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong IT skills such as Excel, Outlook, etc…
- A keen eye for detail and excellent time keeping
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally

This is a fully office based role in Portslade working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and finishing at 4pm on Fridays, paying a salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience.
