This is an office based role but a very busy customer support team so coming with previous phone based customer service skills such as from a call centre or customer service administrator role is key.

Job duties:

  • First point of contact for customers across two brands
  • Setting up of PAYE Schemes
  • Administrations duties
  • Monitoring a very busy email inbox of enquiries
  • Ensuring tasks are completed in agreed timescales while following best practice
  • Supporting other teams with customer service and administration

Skills & experience required:

  • Phone based customer service experience is essential
  • Experience of dealing with administration tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment

The salary is £24,000 rising after the probation period to £25,000. Working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday but with one late shift of 11.30am to 7.30pm per week. There is requirement to work one weekend (10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday) every 5 weeks but you’ll have two weekdays off around that weekend.
