Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound course enquiries
  • Communicating via phone, email & text
  • Checking eligibility for public funding
  • Promoting the companys products & services
  • Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets
  • Recording data onto the company IT system

Candidate Specification:

  • Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual
  • Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills
  • Experience working towards telesales KPIs
  • Good levels of English and Maths.
  • Good knowledge of IT
