We are currently seeking experienced Sales & Customer Service Advisors to handle enquiries for our popular courses.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound course enquiries
- Communicating via phone, email & text
- Checking eligibility for public funding
- Promoting the companys products & services
- Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets
- Recording data onto the company IT system
Candidate Specification:
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual
- Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills
- Experience working towards telesales KPIs
- Good levels of English and Maths.
- Good knowledge of IT
