About the role:We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Brighton, seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team as soon as possible. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting pupils with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and other additional needs, helping them to reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to ensure their individual learning needs are met.
  • Assisting in the creation of engaging and sensory-focused classroom activities.
  • Preparing and organizing resources to enhance pupils' learning experiences.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning plans.
  • Providing regular feedback on pupil progress to staff and parents.
