A Home Manager is needed for a newly acquired elderly care home in Brighton, providing an excellent opportunity with an expanding regional provider.
The nursing home has over 60 beds and is known for exceptional care and outstanding staff retention rates.
Candidates must have RN / L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualifications, an RGN qualification with a valid NMC Pin, and experience in successfully managing a nursing home.
The salary for this position ranges from £80,000 to £85,000 per annum, with additional bonuses available.
The role involves maintaining high standards of care, managing budgets, and providing leadership and support to staff.

Requirements

RN / L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification
RGN qualification with valid NMC Pin
Experience of successfully managing a nursing home
Proven ability in budget preparation and control
Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation
Positive and engaging leadership

Responsibilities

Maintaining the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs. Achieve and maintain Good CQC outcomes.
Providing staff with guidance, support, advice and training.
Manage and be accountable for the home's income and expenditure budgets.
Ensure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision.
Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines.

Remuneration

Salary offered c£80,000 - £85,000pa + bonus
