DK Recruitment are seeking a 2ndLine Engineer on behalf of our client based in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team you will be working on the forefront of technology enabling businesses to consistency benefit from their IT. This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed a formal IT qualification or someone with 4 yearsexperience working in the IT Sector.
Duties
- Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer
- Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
- Update the internal knowledge base with issue resolution details
Tech stack
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- Active Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions)
- Desktop support
- Network support
- Windows Server
Location: Plymouth (Hybrid, two days WFH)
Up to 35,000 DOE
Fully funded training and industry recognised qualifications
