Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, within a specific sector.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Monitor team performance, setting clear objectives and targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
