Sustainability Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join an independent building services consultancy based in Brighton who provide a holistic approach to the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an established Sustainability Consultant to hit the ground running and take up a varied role that incorporates environmental and energy services.
Key responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant will include:
- Undertake Part L analysis and produce EPCs for non-domestic properties
- Produce design reports such as sustainability and LZC feasibility studies
- Use IES software to produce thermal models and carry out Part O and daylight assessments
- The role will incorporate aspects of BREEAM, such as evidence analysis of reports from projects
A Sustainability Consultant will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Sustainability Consultant within the construction industry
- Working experience with IES-VE software when carrying out energy modelling and analysis
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations such as Part L
- A NDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme would be desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
