Who we are:
At Laine, we dont sleep on change we are the change. A group of over 50 independently run boozers in Brighton, London, and Birmingham, were all about saying hell no to the status quo. Old-school traditions? Nah, well pass. Our community of diverse, creative change-makers build their own boozers, reflecting the individuals who make them. Pioneers of the present, were cultural catalysts, architects of epic moments crafting everything from club nights to gaming gatherings all in the name of welcoming the next generation of pub-goers into joyful, experimental spaces with style.
Every member of our team powers towards our shared values and goals, and heres how we do it:
- Dust off your cupid costume, because we facilitate genuine connections through building inviting, creative, inspiring environments and experiences.
- Theres no room at the inn for haters soz. Were safe-zone saviours who thrive off good vibes, embracing and celebrating diversity to craft inclusive spaces where all staff and customers feel comfortable, confident and welcome.
- Being out of touch is so last year. We lean into our local communities to make sure we remain relevant and enrich the cultures we operate within.
- Having a negative impact on our local and global communities is not the one. We enjoy being green fingered wherever possible and we rock the look, FYI.
