My client is a very well-established company based in Brighton, operating across the UK. They are looking for a new Finance Business Partner to join the well-established team.

Description

As the Finance Business Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Budget Planning and Monitoring: Oversee the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring that revenue and expenses are tracked throughout the year, and that accurate reports are provided to stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis: Support senior management in conducting financial analysis, including scenario planning, to help guide budgeting decisions and financial strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, helping them manage their budgets and responsibilities effectively.
• Project Collaboration: Work alongside project leads to assess financial aspects of investments and tenders, ensuring sound financial planning and decision-making.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure that all financial policies and processes are properly documented and followed.
• Performance Management: Contribute to achieving departmental goals and priorities, while fostering an environment of continuous feedback and transparency.
• Ongoing Development: Seek opportunities for professional development, and participate in relevant training and appraisal processes to enhance skills and performance.

Profile

To be successful in your application for Finance Business Partner, you should be:

• Experienced in a similar role with business partnering
• Qualified by experience, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, Qualified AAT or similar
• Finance business partnering experience within a medium/large sized organisation involving dealing with senior level of management.
• Track record of preparing budgets, producing management reports and analysis to senior managers
