Practice Manager vacancy in Brighton or Horsham!

Senior Manager role within a medium sized growing and progressive accountancy practice, with offices in Horsham, Brighton, and Reigate, with this role being available to Horsham or Brighton offices.

This accountancy practice has been established for over 40 years, and have gone form strength to strength with continued success and growth, and are now looking to expand further, adding another manager to their team.

If you are an experienced accountant with experience as a client manager or practice manager, this role would be great for you.

Senior Manager Position Overview
  • Operational management - Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows
  • Team leadership and management - Managing a team of accountants, admin staff, and other professionals, providing leadership and mentorship when required
  • Client relationship management - Serve as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing this portfolio
  • Financial management - Monitoring and managing the practice's financial performance
  • Business Development Support - Supporting partners in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities
  • HR Management - Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
  • Reporting and communication - Provide regular operational and financial reports to the partners
Senior Manager Position Requirements
  • ACCA or ACA qualified is essential
  • Previous accountancy practice experience, with a minimum of 7 years experience
  • Experience in a management position within accountancy practice
  • Able to commute to either Horsham or Brighton
  • Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills
Senior Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary dependent on experience, up towards £65k
