Individual Needs Assistant Needed

We are looking for a passionate individual who has experience with SEND, particularly Autism. This role will be working 1:1 with a KS2 child with SEN, including Autism and SEMH needs.

About you:

  • Be patient, adaptable and resilient

  • Experienced working with SEND; Autism, or be passionate about learning how to do so

  • Understanding of Non-verbal and Speech and Language difficulties

  • Willingness to learn

  • Be reliable

  • Be passionate about supporting children with SEND, or Children in general

  • Be proactive

  • Can previously be a Support Worker / Carer

  • Personal experience with SEND / Challenging behaviour
