Residence Manager

Trevett Serviceshave an exciting opportunity for an experiencedResidence Managerto join a national FM and building services provider inBrighton.

You will play a vital part in managing budgets and performance of residence and cleaning services as well as maintaining a close liaison with the Client FM Function in ensuring day to day requirements of delivering the required services are met.

This is a full timepermanentrole, payingup too Ā£44,720per annumin addition to acomprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities of the ResidenceManager:

  • To deliver high quality cleaning services ensuring added value, increased productivity, and cost efficiencies wherever possible.
  • To organiselettings in an effective and timely manner
  • To carry out regular audits to ensure all key performance and management indicators are met.
  • To co-ordinate all contract wide initiatives in respect to the summer lets that run across multiple work streams to deliver a timely, seamless client solution
  • To ensure all company deliverables that span multiple work streams are being delivered by all service managers.
  • To take full responsibility for the performance of direct reports.
  • To exercise financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within agreed budgets.
  • Assist in ensuring subcontractors are meeting client requirements and contract KPIs/SLAs
  • Manage the appropriate service work orders on Maximo

Essential experience the ResidenceManager would need:

  • Previous experience with soft services
  • Strong management skills
  • Knowledge of Maximo
  • Ideally would have worked in the hotel industry or other student accommodation.
