Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Sussex based organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.

As HR Business Partner you will work with the leadership team, to deliver HR initiatives that drive strategic and commercial value. You will have a particular focus on building robust career paths and a strong cultural experience.

Duties:

  • Forge strong partnerships with managers in the designated business unit, acting as a strategic advisor to identify, design, and implement HR solutions that drive operational success.
  • Lead the planning and execution of acquisitions and organisational changes, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and long-term strategy.
  • Develop clear career progression frameworks within the business unit, integrating learning, development, and reward systems to support employee growth.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to create effective resource plans and recruitment strategies tailored to the unit's needs.
  • Support leaders in identifying top talent, implementing strategies to retain and develop high-performing individuals, and establishing succession plans for key roles.
  • Partner with managers to assess and address team development needs, focusing on enhancing skills, performance, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Guide and mentor managers through performance management processes and handle complex employee relations matters with expertise.
  • Provide consistent, practical advice on HR policies and practices, ensuring fair and equitable implementation across the team.
  • Drive talent management programs, including setting objectives, conducting talent assessments, and planning for future leadership needs.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3 years plus HR Business Partner experience, in a high growth organisation
  • CIPD qualified
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
