Reed HR are working with one of our key clients who are seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR department to create a streamlined and professional service. Specifically, supporting the HR Team Managers and HR Officer with recruitment, vetting, and onboarding. 

The HR Administrator will...

  • Supporting the recruitment campaigns and proactively keeping the relevant manager informed of progress, preparing interview packs, obtaining references and advertising.
  • Complete all compliance checks including right to work, DBS and referencing checks.
  • Review monthly reports, for example probation, fixed term contract and certificates of sponsorship, to ensure these are proactively managed.
  • To provide administrative support for the senior HR team from time to time.
  • Providing note taking support to the HRBP team for employee relations casework hearings/appeals and investigation meetings.
  • Providing administrative support with preparation of paperwork for employee relations casework hearings/appeals.

The successful HR Administrator will have...

  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Good numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • CIPD Qualified (desirable)
  • Excellent work ethic.
