- Work with the Head of HR to drive the alignment of the People Strategies
- Managing ER cases
- Work with the Head of HR to develop HR policies
- Communicate effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Advise Leaders and support with investigative, disciplinary & grievance meetings
- Actively work with Leaders in creating and or updating job descriptions
- Facilitate recruitment activity
- Ensure all new employees have a robust on-boarding programme
- Mentor and coach the HR and Payroll Administrator
- Monitor and as necessary manage absence levels
- Ensure that the annual and mid year performance reviews are carried out
- Support the Head of HR with any ad-hoc requests
- Full CIPD Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years generalist HR experience gained in a medium sized SME organisation
- Competent in the advice and application of current employment law
- Experience of modern Recruitment Practices, Training, Learning & Development
- Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- Positive, with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and integrity
