Client Details
An employer of choice based in the Brighton area are looking to recruit a full time HR Business Partner on a fixe term contract for a period of 12 months.
Description
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the company is following current policies and procedures in line with current legal requirements and regulations
- Checking end of year and probation reviews are completed by managers and providing additional support to the HR team when required
- Providing training and support to managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure the development of employees for the business
- Completing HR inductions for all new employees, as well as exit interviews and off-boarding procedures for leavers
- Training for Mental Health First Aiders, managers and all employees on mental health and wellbeing
- Investigating complaints and grievances when required
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times
- Sending emails and uploading posts on the company website to all employees to update them on company information
Profile
- CIPD or similar
- HR generalist knowledge
- Hybrid working
- Immediately available or shorter notice period
