Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this multi academy Trust.

Due to succession planning, they are now seeking a HR expert to lead a team of two supporting two academies in Brighton.

The Senior HR Advisor's key duties of the role include:

  • To partner with Principals and schools’ leaders and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide appropriate advice and guidance to the Academies in line with Trust policies and best practice
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management dealing with complex ER cases
  • Maintain administrative overview of key employment information including starters/leavers, benefits, payroll and the appraisal process

On a personal note, the Senior HR Advisor will be degree educated or equivalent and minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified, with established experience of working within a HR role in education. You will have a solid understanding of employment law and be effective in communicating across a diverse group of stakeholders. A good working knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleHR, SIMs or BromCom is desirable.

Due to the demands of this role, experience within the education is essential.

This role is a minium 6 month fixed term contract, a working model of four days onsite and one day working from home, 37 hours per week.
