Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE + OTE & Uncapped Commission

Location: Brighton

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored advice on Income Protection, Life Insurance, and Critical Illness Cover.
  • Contacting customers who have engaged through digital marketing and inbound leads - no cold calling.
  • Delivering a consultative sales approach, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets in a supportive, high-performing team.
  • Keeping up to date with product and market knowledge to provide expert advice.
  • Overcoming objections and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ensuring accurate information is updated on the CRM system.
  • Working to sales targets and managing your sales pipeline.

  • Sales-driven and money-motivated - experience in outbound sales or target-driven roles.
  • Ideally have a proven background within insurance/financial services sales.
  • A natural communicator with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
  • Ambitious and eager to develop a career in insurance and financial services.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
