Location - Brighton - Hybrid, 3 days in 2 days from home

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Lead contact for group support, onboarding, and training.
  • Develop and implement an engaging onboarding journey.
  • Plan and manage Local groups, recruiting and supporting to organise events.
  • Research and book meeting locations and coordinating agendas.
  • Organise awards night, managing all event details and budgets.
  • Create and deliver marketing materials across email, print, social media, and magazine channels.
  • Design email group campaigns.
  • Write and coordinate publications with the design team and printers.
  • Manage and update web pages using CMS.
  • Oversee email inboxes and phone lines, ensuring excellent service.
  • Regularly update and improve all project-related communication channels.
  • Collect and analyse feedback on campaign planning.
  • Follow marketing approval processes and ensure brand consistency.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role or keen to get into Marketing.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with colleagues / clients at all levels.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
