We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrator to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Conveyancing experience needed

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organise client files and records, both physical and electronic.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.
  • Support the legal team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Conveyancing experience 
  • Previous experience in a legal administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
