Job Description:As a Consultant Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the legal process. This role offers flexibility in hours, ideal for candidates seeking part-time or a more balanced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.

• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties.

• Provide expert advice on residential property law, addressing client queries and concerns.

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and transfers.

• Conduct property searches and due diligence.

• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction to completion.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case management systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with significant experience in residential conveyancing.• Proven track record of handling a busy caseload of residential property transactions.• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Knowledge of conveyancing case management software is an advantage.• Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
