This is an excellent opportunity to join a employment law department working alongside the employment law partner as a paralegal. This gives you exposure and build your knowledge through assisting with the legal and admin duties across various caseloads.

Looking for someone who has a strong administrative and legal background with a good understanding of employment law to facilitate and engage with clients. Someone who is driven, enthusiastic and have a can-do approach. Seeking someone who has excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.

Key responsibilities -

  • Taking all new enquiries via phone and email
  • Opening new case files
  • Issuing client invoices and chasing up outstanding bills
  • Document production
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Conducting legal research
  • Responding to emails and being a proactive point of contact when the partner is unavailable
  • and more!
