Paralegal - Employment Law

Key Responsibilities

This role involves a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email.
  • Setting up new case files and handling client onboarding.
  • Corresponding with clients and responding to emails.
  • Issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Acting as a key point of contact when senior staff are unavailable.
  • Document preparation and production.
  • Compiling court bundles.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research.
