Main Responsibilities
- Investigating and analyzing claims, preparing draft advices.
- Assisting solicitors with preparing trial bundles.
- Instructing experts and reviewing expert reports.
- Drafting correspondence and reviewing discovery documents.
- Managing key dates and assisting with billing.
- Recording and reporting on Management Information.
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
- Proficient in Word and Outlook; experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Interwoven is a plus.
- Ambitious with a desire to become a Solicitor/Partner.
- Degree in Law.
