We are on the lookout for a talented Private Client Paralegal to become a valued part of this exceptional and high-achieving team! Supporting a Senior Partner:
  • Provide exceptional administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Drafting, revising, and finalising legal documentation and correspondence.
  • Efficiently managing and organising client records.
  • Coordinating appointments and overseeing calendar management.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and professionally addressing client needs.
  • Undertaking property research and preparing detailed reports.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience within private client law, particularly in areas such as wills, probate, and LPAs.
  • A proven ability to independently manage a caseload.
  • Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident, proactive approach and the ability to excel in a dynamic legal environment.
