What will a day in this role look like?

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with operational teams and clients to meet service delivery expectations.
  • Process tickets and queries according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work, and IT Acceptable Use.
  • Manage ticketing process by raising and following up on tickets within required turnaround time to resolve screening queries.
  • Apply pre-approvals and obtain authorisation for any additional costs as needed.
  • Raise discrepancy notifications to clients as appropriate.
  • Provide frontline administrative support to clients, including timely responses to phone/email queries, screening updates, and re-opening screenings.
  • Resolve minor client complaints and escalate complex issues to the Operational Team Leader or Client Relationship Manager (CRM).
  • Document and escalate recurring or avoidable issues to the Operational Team Leader or CRM for resolution.
  • Educate and encourage clients to use the business' platform for self-service.
