Experience in Lash and Brow Treatments is desirable but not essential, though it adds value to the service menu. Tailor each service to individual needs, ensuring a quality experience.- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products. Continuously enhance skills through ongoing education and training.- Building Client Relationships: Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for each client, delivering excellent customer service with personal touches that foster lasting relationships.- Maximising Revenue: Promote additional services within the spa, retail products, and drive all aspects of sales to maximise revenue opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements:- Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy or UK equivalent standard.
