Ductwork Site Manager

Job Title: Ductwork Site Manager

Location: Brighton, UK

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site ductwork installation activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ductwork installation and site management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or mechanical engineering are a plus.

Communication & Reporting:

• Preparing regular progress reports for clients and other stakeholders
• Communicating effectively with all members of the project team
• Documenting all relevant information and activities on site

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing ductwork installation projects. regular progress reports for clients and other stakeholders
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems, installation techniques, and relevant regulations effectively with all members of the project team
• Safety Knowledge: Thorough understanding of construction site safety regulations and procedures.
• Management Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that may arise on site.

Pay 250 -275 per day
