Ridgeway &Co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor to find an experienced Site Manager, for a project located in Brighton.
This is a contract role paying a rate of 280.00/day.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget
- Attend and lead meetings with specialist subcontractors
- Report progress to senior management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience managing Residentialprojects
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on approach to project management
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills
