A collabrative and proactiveHR Business Partner is required to work for an established and thrivingnational educational Trust covering 3 schoolsin the Brighton area. This is a pivatol role shaping the furture of the Trust by supporting the schools and central team with strategic HR initiatives. The postion will cover:

Recruitment & Selection - On boarding and Induction - Sickness and Absence, Appraisal and Staff Development - Payroll - Database and Staff Files - Advice and Guidance - Leaver Administration - General and Administrational HR

This is a full time position working 4 days a week on site and 1 day working from home as well as home working during the school holidays.

A typical working day is 8:30am to 4:30pm.

The HR Business Parter will work closely with school leaders the central HR team and wider Trust leadership to deliver expert HR guidance and support. This role is both strategic and hands-on requiring a flexible approach to meet the evolving needs of the Trust.

The sucessful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or above qualified and ideally have experience of working within an educational or similar setting.
